Grace and Purpose
Sometimes I get caught up thinking I have to figure everything out like I need to be stronger, smarter, and more “ready” before I can step fully into my purpose. But the truth is, I never really feel 100% ready. And maybe that’s the point. Because purpose was never about me being perfect. That’s where grace comes in.
There’s peace in knowing I don’t have to hold it all together. Grace makes space for growth.
Grace reminds me that even when I mess up, my purpose isn’t erased. God hasn’t changed His mind about me. His plan doesn’t vanish when I stumble it’s still there, steady and waiting for me to keep walking.
Some days, the journey will feel unclear. You’ll question if you’re doing enough or even heading the right way. That’s normal. But don’t let those thoughts drown out what God already whispered to your heart.
And here’s something I keep learning: stop measuring your life by someone else’s pace. Their journey is theirs. Yours will not look the same, and it’s not supposed to. Grace protects you from comparison and calls you to trust the timing of your own story.
So keep showing up. Keep trusting. You don’t need to prove yourself. You don’t need to have it all together. Grace and purpose will take you further than pressure and striving ever could.
Before You Go
Take a moment to sit with this. Ask yourself:
- Where in my life am I trying to “earn” purpose instead of resting in grace?
- What small step can I take this week to walk in purpose without pressure?
- How has God’s grace held me in seasons I thought I was failing?
Write it down. Pray through it. Let grace remind you — you don’t have to carry this alone. Purpose unfolds when you walk with Him, not when you try to force it.
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’”
